Is there really a free plan?
Yes. One restaurant, one location, checklists, temperature logs, and allergen tracking — free forever. No credit card required. You only pay if you want premium features like PDF reports, multi-location, or advanced reminders.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing page at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to the free plan. Your data stays with you.
Do you offer annual billing?
Monthly only for now. We plan to add annual discounts once we have enough customer feedback on what discount makes sense.
What happens if I go over my plan limits?
We will email you first — no surprise charges. You can upgrade, delete old records, or stay on the limit (new entries will be blocked until you upgrade).
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. But if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not used paid features meaningfully, email us and we will make it right.
